Barry Ross has been a Real Estate Attorney specializing in HOA Disputes for 50 years. He has successfully represented over 1,000 clients, completed over 100 jury and non-jury trials and over 50 mediations and arbitrations. He has completed 15 appeals to the Court of Appeals, including seven published decisions. Barry also serves as an expert witness on HOA issues, volunteers as a Temporary Judge of the Orange County Superior Court and has been a guest speaker on numerous occasions for the Orange County City Attorneys Association and the Orange County Bar Association, Real Estate Section.
